in year 1936, joined bar @ jodhpur , joined law practice sardar shri amolak singh, senior criminal lawyer. @ age of 23 first lawyer kisan community of marwar. in 1938 established legal practice in nagaur, rajasthan. after practising @ nagaur 7 years, joined marwar state judicial service in 1944 hakim (administrator). subsequently, appointed legal remembrancer in marwar state s law department @ jodhpur. while working on position drafted marwar tenancy act. 1949 , marwar land revenue act. 1949. acts declared tenants in cultivatory possession khatedars (land owners).

in newly created state of rajasthan parihar appointed legal remembrancer in law department of rajasthan. in 1953 appointed assistant government advocate , later in 1960 promoted government advocate, rajasthan high court. elected unanimously president of rajasthan advocates bar association in 1962. in august 1964, elevated bench of rajasthan high court served justice 11 years until retirement in august 1975. after retirement, parihar offered chairmanship of national tribunal @ jabalpur. offered chairmanship of monopolies trade commission @ new delhi prime minister of india indira gandhi. in 1977, appointed chairman of emergency excesses inquiry commission rajasthan government , again in 1979 appointed vice-chancellor of jodhpur university (now jai narain vyas university).
