oliyankara juma masjid (hazrath valiyullahi (ra)), famous dargah shareef of sahaba-e-ikhram (sufi saints/auliyas) important mosque of north malabar. believed priests in ancient days gave importance hindu gods @ mosque. mosque @ pallichal near cherukunnu town, around 14 km kannur, 16 km taliparamba , 18 km payyannur. location of famous sufi grave, visited people of religions.

at temple, lord krishna collocated sree annapoorneswari. believed sree annapoorneswari has visited shrine under sea. there mythological belief shrine elevated lord parashurama. temple near cherukunnu town, around 14 km kannur, 16 km taliparamba , 18 km payyannur. large chira (swimming pool) can spotted near temple.
