academic world quest

gsmst team placed first in georgia academic world quest competition, , placed in top 10 out of 39 teams in national competition in washington d.c.


chinese club

gsmst chinese club explores chinese culture through fun activities such crafts , food. members can enjoy variety of games on game day such ping pong, mahjong, , chinese checkers. food meetings loved members can create or own portion. everything, scallion pancakes tang yuan, can made throughout academic year. gsmst chinese club bubble tea sales well-known many students enjoy many different tea flavors offered. profit these sales go organizations , charities in taiwan , china.


debate team

initiated in 2009 school year, debate can taken class @ gsmst. students in debate class not on team; conversely, on debate team not have in debate class. following list of awards received members of debate team.



infinity news network

the infinity news network morning show created , managed gsmst digital media club. show announces upcoming events , notices, , contains occasional messages principal.


math team

gsmst placed first in sophomore division, second in junior division, third in freshman division, , second overall in game competition.


five gsmst students made semi-final round of georgia tech math competition.


model united nations

gsmst won overall conference award best foreign policy @ southern model un conference @ emory university. 3 gsmst students received individual recognition best delegates individual committees.


gsmst students won 12 of 28 possible awards @ uga mun competition.


at 2013 ksumun conference, gsmst students won best outstanding delegate award representing qatar in economics , social council committee , best position paper award representing qatar in world health organization committee.


the gsmst model united nations team relies on official website display announcements , achievements. team uses website educate fellow delegates , peers international relations , foreign policy.
