xie zhenhua, head of chinese delegation, stated china willing make binding commitments limited greenhouse gases in 2020 if appropriately took account historical contributions of greenhouse gases developed countries such united states , european states , sustainable economic needs of developing countries such china , india.

xie said concerned reluctance of developed nations reduce own greenhouse gas emissions. called on developed countries provide financial , technical aid developing nations fight against , cope effects of climate change.
