dr. steven strongwater, md became president , ceo of atrius health in august 2015. responsible aspects of leading non-profit accountable care organization of 6,800 employees serving 740,000 patients across eastern massachusetts coordinated medical care, home health , hospice. september 2012 july 2015, dr. strongwater served geisinger health system’s chief transformation officer. prior this, dr. strongwater served ceo of stony brook university medical center built advanced clinical programs , implemented major capital , information technology operations.
