the traditional romanian colac braided bread, typically made special occasions or holidays, such christmas, easter, weddings, , funerals. traditional custom of romanian rural society, on christmas eve, gather in groups, go in different houses , sing colinde, traditional christmas carols. in villages, go first mayor s house, followed teacher s house, whereas in other parts there no pre-established order. families invite them house, , give them different small gifts such nuts, dried fruits, , colacs.
