no canadian man made apparatus final, kyle shewfelt finishing ninth on vault , eleventh on floor exercise in qualifying round. canadian team failed advance final, finishing ninth , missing out less four-tenths of point. 2 canadian men, adam wong , nathan gafuik, did advance all-around final. ken ikeda , jared walls reserves men s team.

finishing in fourteenth place @ 2007 world gymnastics championships (only top 12 teams qualified), canada failed qualify full women s team olympics.

if brazil had withdrawn group all-around competition, have been replaced canada.

the canadian trampoline team: rosannagh maclennan, silver medalist jason burnett , silver medalist karen cockburn


three trampolinists competed canada in beijing.
